10 g red onion, 80 g Halloumi Grill Cheese,1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar,1 tablespoon olive oil, 20 g walnuts, 80 g bell peppers, 100 g figs, 50 g lamb’s lettuce
- Fry the cheese on both sides in a pan.
- Place the washed and then dried lettuce in a bowl. Add the diced bell pepper and onion, then sprinkle the roasted walnuts on top.
- Drizzle a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar on it. Toss it gently.
- Serve the cheese with the salad and figs.
