Homemade Pesto with Tomatoes


10 g basil (fresh), 2 tablespoon olive oil, 20 g parmesan, 10 g pine nuts, 5 g garlic, pepper ( to taste ), salt ( to taste ), 80 g tomato, 60 g bread

  1. Grate the garlic and cheese. 
  2. Place the garlic, fresh basil, olive oil, pine nuts and cheese in a mortar and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve the pesto on toasted bread with tomatoes.
