50g broccoli, 60 ml coconut cream, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, pepper (to taste), salt ( to taste), 5 g ginger 10 g garlic, 30 g onion, 30 g tomato, 40 g rice, 140 g shrimp
- Cook the rice in salted water, according to the instructions on the package.
- Sauté the finely chopped onions, garlic and ginger in a little bit of oil in a pan. Add the chopped tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and turmeric.
- Add the shrimp and sauté a bit more, after a couple of minutes add the coconut cream and cook it covered for 5-6 minutes.
- Serve the shrimp curry with rice and steamed broccoli.
